Arrived on the job site, and the customer requested the installation of two small chandeliers. Provided a 0.7 discount on one of the fixtures. Completed all work, and everything is operating perfectly. The customer is 100% happy with today’s visit and understands that there is a five-year warranty on all connections and installations.
Arrived on the job site. The customer stated that he wanted the outlet located beneath the panel replaced, as it was not GFCI protected. I installed a GFCI outlet to bring it up to safety standards since it is in a wet location. The customer also had a four-foot, four-bulb fluorescent fixture with two internal ballasts that were not working properly. I rewired and bypassed the ballasts to convert the fixture to LED and installed LED hard-drive bulbs. The fixture is now operating correctly. Additionally, I replaced the switch that controls the light fixture, pigtailing the switch leg and the hot conductor accordingly. I asked the customer if he wanted solutions for reworking the entire junction box and the two-gang switch box with new pigtails. The customer declined and requested that I address only the switch for the four-foot LED fixture. I also noticed that the home has an FPE subpanel and an older GE main breaker panel, both approximately 40–50 years old. I provided solutions for

- attempt to pop clog on kitchen / laundry line due to current back up. Successfully popped clog in drainage system ( laundry - kitchen side of home ) however my cable was binding up very hard and that indicates bigger issues in the line. Did explain to customer that a camera inspection is required to look inside the drain to find the issues and at that point we will be able to give solutions for repairs needed. - preform camera inspection from laundry cleanout to check condition of laundry/ kitchen branch line all the way to the main. ( due to cable binding up inside of drain pipe indicating a bigger issue ) ** solutions will be given for any issues found ** Customer wants to schedule camera for tomorrow morning at 7:30, If they end up being unable to make that work. They will reschedule for a different day.

Arrived on-site to complete a whole-home safety inspection. Inspected all areas throughout the house and identified several code violations and concerns that need to be repaired. One issue is double-lugged neutrals and grounds inside the panel, which need to be separated into their own individual lugs. This can cause connection issues and result in improper power distribution due to loose or incorrect wiring. Additionally, there is a single-pole breaker installed that is not UL-listed for a Square D Homeline panel, which will need to be replaced with a proper listed breaker. I also found an exposed large Romex cable running from the conduit to the ground outside. It appears to go under the patio set, but it’s unclear what it controls. This cable needs to be capped off or properly terminated in a weatherproof box. Noticed as well that the four hardwired smoke detectors in the bedrooms are not connected to their harnesses. They are not battery-operated units, so they will need to eithe
